Our Equip to Serve training course is designed for our managers and emerging leaders, helping them grow deeper in their walk with God and stronger in their ability to lead others. Using the ETS books in a small‑group setting, participants develop daily habits of quiet time with the Lord, scripture memory, sharing their faith, and discipling others. A disciple is simply a follower of Christ, and this course teaches that discipling is an intentional relationship where we walk alongside other believers—encouraging, equipping, and challenging one another in love to grow toward maturity in Christ. As Colossians 2:6–7 reminds us, this kind of rooted, growing faith is the foundation of strong, Christ‑centered leadership.
