Our Chief Leadership Program, taught by Dan and Kingsley, is giving local chiefs something they have rarely—if ever—received: practical, empowering leadership training. Each week, more than 25 chiefs travel to the farm to learn how to better guide and support the many villagers under their care. Together, they explore topics that strengthen their leadership, deepen their understanding of community needs, and equip them to serve with wisdom and confidence. For many chiefs, this training is a first, and it is already creating a ripple effect of stronger, more unified leadership across the surrounding villages.
